Lincoln Middle School Partnership
Our inaugural Pickleball Mentorship Program launched at Lincoln Middle School in Syracuse—bringing together after-school sports, social-emotional learning, and meaningful adult mentorship. This pilot project demonstrates how engagement-first programming can transform youth outcomes.
The program integrates a token economy system that reinforces positive behavior, effort, and sportsmanship—teaching youth that consistent character leads to real rewards.
